Sotol Romo Pepino Jalapeño

RECIPE INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz Sotol Romo Blanco
- ¾ oz Lime Juice
- ½ oz Light Agave Nectar
- 3 Cucumber Slices
- 1 Jalapeño Slice
- Jalapeño Slice or Cucumber Ribbon
HOW TO MAKE
Muddle the cucumber and jalapeño in a shaker tin, then add the remaining ingredients with ice and shake well.
Double strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass and garnish with a jalapeño slice or a cucumber ribbon.
