- 2 oz Sotol Romo Blanco
- ¾ oz Lime Juice
- ¼ oz Light Agave Nectar
- Pinch of Salt
- Lime Wedge
HOW TO MAKE
Add all ingredients to a shaker tin with ice and shake vigorously. Strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass and garnish with a lime wedge.
