Sotol Romo is the treasure of the Sierra Madre. An ultra-premium, category-defining spirit made from 100% Dasylirion. A pure sotol crafted from a single species: Dasylirion Cedrosanum. Made with only three ingredients: plant, water, and natural yeast. Clean, lean, and elegant. Produced in Chihuahua by maestro sotolero, Gerardo Ruelas, in collaboration with sotol expert, Víctor Ibarra. Sotol Romo is a joint venture with CKBG (Casa Komos Brands Group).
